Two Fields is an organic, regenerative farming collective based in eastern Crete, working hand in hand with local growers to look after the land, champion regenerative farming and make sure farming families are paid fairly.
This limited-edition Forza x Two Fields tin is our way of celebrating that relationship. Good people making very, very good olive oil.
Pressed from 100% early harvest Koroneiki olives and bottled in Crete, it's bright, grassy and finishes with that proper peppery kick you want from a great extra virgin olive oil.
Pour it over tomatoes, dunk a chunk of bread in it, finish your pasta with it, or honestly just drink it with your eyes. It's the same olive oil we use every day across all our restaurants, and now you can have it in your kitchen too.
